Heel pain can be a variety of different diagnosis including

  • Achilles tendonosis (Tendonitis)
  • Retro calcaneal Bursitis
  • Enthesopathy
  • Severs Disease (In children)
  • Achilles Tendon Tear
  • Plantar fascial Tear

Just to name a few and this can range from acute (2 – 4 weeks) or chronic (6-12 months) Often people have difficulty treating these injuries with conventional physiotherapy because they are only having the symptoms treated (pain) and not the actual CAUSE of the pain.
